This website is operated by LUXE REVIVAL LLC under the store name Luxe Revival Miami. We operate a luxury resale boutique offering new, pre-owned, vintage, consigned, and one-of-a-kind merchandise.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies posted on this website.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe every item, including its brand, size, materials, condition, measurements, accessories, and visible signs of wear.

Because many items are pre-owned, vintage, consigned, or one-of-a-kind, they may show normal signs of age or previous use. These details will be disclosed in the product description or photographs whenever reasonably possible.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. Measurements are approximate.

Luxe Revival Miami is an independent luxury resale business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the designers and brands whose products we sell. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We make reasonable efforts to inspect and evaluate merchandise before offering it for sale. When third-party authentication, certificates, receipts, dust bags, boxes, or other accessories are included, this will be stated in the product description.

Customers should review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions before placing an order.

  1. AVAILABILITY AND ORDERS

All merchandise is subject to availability. Many items are unique and available in a quantity of one.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Luxe Revival Miami is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
